Juvenile Rioters
Want to know why the UK riots spread like wildfire? Because one in four rioters had TEN convictions. Half of which were under 21 and one in five of those were under 18. Now that is scum.
I think this calls for the UK to increase the capacity of their Juvenile facilities and lock these terrorists up well before their tenth conviction.
These kids are just waiting to wreak havoc!...
